Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, grief, struggles with self-esteem, and the kind of intimacy difficulties that are hard to talk about — even in therapy. I'm based in Kent and see clients both in person and via telehealth across Washington. My approach is warm, relational, and focused on helping people move through genuinely difficult moments rather than just manage them.

My approach to therapy

I center the therapeutic relationship itself as a key part of healing. I'm collaborative and curious — I'll ask about your history, your patterns, and what's worked and hasn't, and together we'll build a picture of what needs to shift. I don't approach therapy as a set of techniques to apply; I approach it as a real relationship that creates the conditions for change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know each other. I want to hear about what's been going on — not in clinical terms, but in real life terms. What's felt hardest? What do you want to feel different? I'll share how I work and we'll see if it feels like a fit. Most clients leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of what we'll focus on.
