Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to serving individuals across Florida. I completed my Associate’s degree at Miami Dade College, my Bachelor’s at South University, and both my Master’s and Doctorate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing at Florida International University.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, follow-up care, medication management, mental health consultations, and supportive counseling.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. I recognize that each person’s story is unique, and I tailor treatment recommendations to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

If you’re looking for flexible, supportive, and personalized care, I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel more stable, grounded, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe in treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by understanding your experiences, strengths, and goals. I combine evidence-based psychiatric practice with a supportive, respectful environment where you feel safe to share openly. I prioritize clear communication, informed decision-making, and individualized treatment plans that align with your needs and values. Whether through medication management, therapy recommendations, lifestyle guidance, or supportive counseling, my focus is on helping you achieve meaningful, sustainable improvements in your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we take time to understand your concerns and your story. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, exploring your symptoms, medical and mental-health history, past treatments, lifestyle factors, and goals. Together, we will discuss possible diagnoses and create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, therapy recommendations, and wellness strategies. I will explain every option clearly—along with benefits, risks, and alternatives—so you can feel confident and involved in every decision. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
