Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Jorge Piña, a licensed mental health counselor and psychoanalyst. I work from an integrative, psychodynamic, cognitive and psychoanalytic approach, supporting adults, couples and families with emotional distress, relationship challenges, identity concerns, intimacy and personal growth. I bring a culturally informed and reflective perspective to my clinical work. I offer telehealth services and strive to create a respectful, confidential space where we can explore what brings you to therapy and work toward meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to connecting and working together.

My approach to therapy

I believe that listening is an art and a science. Speaking with trust to a professional in a private and confidential space is still the best "medicine" we have. We call it "the talking cure" because it is a transformative experience from the beginning to end of life major changes.

What you can expect from me

I provide a healthy and creative environment where all my clients can grow, relax, auto-reflex, think deeply, and make the best decision for their life, for themselves, for their loved ones, for their partners in a difficult relationship, for their children, and for their family as a whole while positively impacting the world permanently.
