Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or ongoing life or health concerns, therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down and regain a sense of balance. I work with adults who are navigating concerns such as anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger, family and relationship stress, and major life transitions.

I also support individuals who are struggling with substance use or questioning their relationship with alcohol or other substances. Whether you’re seeking recovery, moderation, or simply clarity around patterns that no longer feel helpful, therapy can be a nonjudgmental place to explore change at your own pace. Many of the people I work with are also managing chronic health conditions, grief or loss, sleep concerns, or the emotional impact of long-term stress.

También ofrezco terapia en español y con gusto puedo acompañarte en el idioma en el que te sientas más cómodo/a.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, cognitive processing therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, positive psychology, and art therapy.

In practice, this means we work together to understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and process experiences in ways that support both insight and meaningful action. Therapy with me is flexible and goal-oriented, grounded in your strengths, values, and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what changes you’re hoping to make, and what support might look like moving forward.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and practical tools you can start using right away to manage stress, emotions, substance use concerns, and life challenges. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, clearer about next steps, and confident that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
