Great to meet you!

For over 13 years, I have helped individuals reach their goals by creatively facilitating learning and change. I became a Licensed Clinical Counselor in 2012 and my passions include helping people align perceptions with intentions and seeing others happy in every aspect of their life.

My approach to therapy

Rather than focusing on trying to heal our wounds from the past, the kind of treatment I offer is focused on the future. I use a structured cognitive-behavioral approach along with mindfulness practices and stress reduction techniques to help clients manage anxiety and navigate change.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their current challenges and develop clear, actionable strategies for moving forward with confidence. We'll work collaboratively to set realistic and empowering goals, whether it's managing anxiety, redefining your identity during a transition, or cultivating greater work-life balance. You'll leave each session with increased clarity, practical tools you can implement immediately, and a renewed sense of agency to navigate life's transitions and build a more fulfilling and balanced future, aligned with your core values.
