With more than 20 years clinical experience in state hospital, private practice, community mental health, and correctional health settings, I bring a broad spectrum of psychotherapy experience. I also have almost 30 years experience in education as an administrator, teacher, and university adjunct faculty to bring to bear additional expertise in the psychoeducational aspects of mental health. I have expertise in geriatric cognitive impairment treatment, gender dysphoria, mood disorders, and experience in medical psychology.

My approach to therapy

With a foundation in CBT, I utilize motivational interviewing, attachment theory, and Rogerian approaches to the treatment of mental health.
