My approach to therapy

I am a people's person. Its my gift. Our therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance to me. I'm known to be warm, kind, engaging, motivational, hope-provoking, insightful , positive and uplifting. If you're struggling with co-dependency, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self worth issues, or having a hard time setting boundaries, I can help you. Many of the same things I help my clients with, I have gone through and successfully overcome myself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an intake session where I will be getting to know you more and hearing of your goals for therapy so I can know how to best hep you. I believe in listening to you, validating and understanding you while helping you recognize your strengths and positive qualities. Together we will form solutions for your presenting problems and find ways to help you navigate through this thing called life that has ups and downs and ebbs and flows but my goals is to always get you to the other side of hope.
