Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana and Virginia, I show up with empathy, curiosity, and respect for the full complexity of who you are. I bring not just clinical expertise, but a lived understanding of what it means to navigate systems that don’t always make space for healing—especially for folks who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, living with chronic conditions, or carrying generational and identity-based trauma.

Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I’ll meet you where you are—whether you're showing up with questions, tears, exhaustion, or silence. I bring warmth and groundedness, and I hold space with care, directness, and humor when it’s needed. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. We’ll figure it out together.

I hold a BA in Biology. My concentrations for my MSW were Mental Health & Addictions and Leadership. I have worked in HIV/AIDS Care for the past eight years. I also hold a certificate in Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in relational, strengths-based, and trauma informed frameworks. I integrate approaches like Psychodynamic therapy, Psychoanalytical therapy, and narrative therapy to help you make sense of your story, interrupt patterns that no longer serve you and create new ways of being.

You are the expert on you. Healing is nonlinear. Therapy should be collaborative and culturally attuned. We'll focus on helping you get to where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, supported and better understood. You may leave feeling empowered and better equiped with tools that make a real difference. Expect a blend of deep emotional work and actionable steps- always tailored to who you are and what matters most to you.
