I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that primarily works with people who suffer from body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) like trichotillomania and skin picking disorder. I am trained in habit reversal therapy as well as the COMB models which is the training by the BFRB Foundation. I also work with other disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD and OCD.

For people with BFRBs I use various approaches including talk therapy, habit reversal, CBT, and COMB.

I like to create warm welcoming environments where clients can be free to open up and talk about things that are difficult to speak about.
