Great to meet you!

Hello, I've had the privilege of working as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), primarily supporting adolescents navigating the complexities of anxiety, depression, and crisis. While my roots are in adolescent care, I'm now enthusiastically shifting my focus to working with adults.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe in the transformative power of simply talking; sharing your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental environment is a powerful first step and can significantly lighten your mental load as you address any life challenge. And, when appropriate, I also like to use humor to help reframe thoughts and situations, offering a fresh perspective and a bit of lightness to our work together.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introduction session where we establish a comfortable space for you to start wherever you feel ready. You'll always have control over what you share and at your own pace, as I believe genuine sharing unfolds naturally through trust. My goal for each session is for you to leave with at least one new skill or a fresh thought process to empower you forward.
