Great to meet you!

Taking the courageous step to seek support is a powerful act of self-care and strength. It’s a recognition that you deserve compassion, understanding, and guidance, no matter how overwhelming life’s challenges may feel. You don’t have to navigate your struggles alone, together, we can create a safe and welcoming space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I deeply respect the uniqueness of each person’s journey, and I am here to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re feeling lost, searching for clarity, or striving to grow into the person you aspire to be.

My mission is to help you uncover the strengths you already possess, develop practical and effective coping skills, and create a life that reflects what truly matters most to you. You deserve a life filled with purpose, resilience, and fulfillment—one that aligns with your unique values and aspirations. I’m here, ready to support you whenever you feel ready.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working collaboratively with my clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals. My clinical style blends evidence-based structure with deep emotional attunement. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reframe unhelpful thought patterns, while Motivational Interviewing allows me to meet them where they are—honoring ambivalence and fostering change through empathy and collaboration. Solution-Focused Therapy keeps our work forward-moving and strengths-based, helping clients identify what’s already working and build on it. Mindfulness is woven throughout, offering grounding, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to the present moment. Whether I’m supporting a child, adult, or family, my goal is always the same: to create a safe, empowering space where healing feels possible and progress feels personal.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a valuable opportunity for us to connect and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. We’ll explore your background and talk about what has brought you to therapy, creating a space where you feel heard and supported. Therapy is a journey, and together we’ll shape this process over time in a way that feels right for you. It’s completely natural to feel nervous about your first appointment, but please know that we’ll take things at your pace, one step at a time. I’m here to support and guide you through every stage, helping you move closer to the clarity and growth you’re seeking.
