During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about my approach and what to expect from the therapy process.
By the end of our first session, we'll have identified some initial goals and begin developing a treatment plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
