Great to meet you!

I listen and we learn to judge the behaviors in relation to your goals and ideal self. I approach our initial sessions with a lot of structure for you to clarify your goals. Once we have a sense of direction, we suspend judgement, and learn to explore your wants, fears, and desires in life. I bring in a calm and humorous approach to allow for different perspectives to emerge with the intent to find out our strengths and deficits to continue learning and discover yourself
