Great to meet you!

I’m a naturally curious, growth-oriented human who believes healing happens when insight meets action. I love helping people zoom out to see the bigger picture of their lives—while also gently zooming in on the patterns, habits, and beliefs that shape their everyday experience.

I’m drawn to the intersection of self-awareness and real-world momentum. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded. We can explore the deep stuff—identity, relationships, purpose, transitions—while also building practical tools you can actually use on a Tuesday afternoon when life is lifing.

I value emotional honesty, nervous system regulation, and sustainable growth over quick fixes. I believe you’re not broken—you’re adaptive. Together, we figure out what’s working, what’s outdated, and how to move forward in a way that feels aligned, empowered, and authentically you.

Expect warmth, insight, humor when it fits, and a space where all parts of you are welcome. Healing doesn’t have to be clinical and cold—it can be connected, intentional, and even a little energizing.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space where self-awareness and practical change go hand in hand. I help clients understand the “why” behind their patterns—how their nervous system, past experiences, relationships, and core beliefs shape the way they move through the world. At the same time, I focus on the “now”: what’s happening in their daily lives, what feels stuck, and what small, meaningful shifts can create momentum.

I work from a strengths-based lens. I don’t see people as broken—I see them as adaptive. The strategies that once protected you may no longer serve you, and our work is about gently updating those strategies rather than shaming them. There’s compassion for your past and accountability for your present.

My style is warm, thoughtful, and engaged. I create space for emotional depth while also offering structure and tools—whether that’s boundary-setting, nervous system regulation, communication skills, or values-based decision-making. I balance reflection with forward movement.

At its core, my approach is holistic. I consider the whole person—mind, body, relationships, identity, and environment. I help you connect the dots, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and sustainable—not just temporarily better, but meaningfully transformed.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you don’t have to perform, impress, or have it all figured out. I show up as an engaged, thoughtful partner in the process—someone who listens deeply, asks meaningful questions, and helps you connect dots you may not have seen before. You’ll be met with compassion, not judgment.

You can also expect clarity and direction. While we’ll make room for whatever feels present and pressing, I don’t believe in therapy that just circles the same stories without movement. Together, we’ll identify patterns, explore their roots, and develop practical tools you can use in your daily life—whether that’s setting boundaries, regulating your nervous system, communicating more effectively, or making values-aligned decisions.

I balance emotional depth with forward momentum. We’ll honor your past without getting stuck in it. We’ll slow down when needed, but we’ll also gently challenge what’s keeping you small or stuck.

Most of all, you can expect honesty, encouragement, and a belief in your capacity to grow. I don’t see you as broken—I see you as adaptive and capable. My role is to help you understand yourself more fully, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels grounded, intentional, and authentically yours.
