Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist who believes therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I have experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and challenges related to self-esteem and emotional well-being. My background in psychological assessment also gives me a deeper understanding of how thoughts, emotions, personality, and life experiences can affect daily functioning. I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where we can work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I take time to understand your experiences and what you want to change, while helping you identify practical strategies that fit your life and goals. I believe therapy should be a partnership—you bring your experiences and strengths, and we work together to better understand what is getting in the way and develop realistic steps forward. I also recognize that every person is different, so I adapt my approach to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, your goals, and what you would like to get out of treatment. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental conversation rather than feeling like you need to have everything figured out before we begin. By the end of the session, we will have a better understanding of where to start and what steps may be helpful moving forward.
