Great to meet you!

You understand your patterns—but insight alone hasn’t been enough to create lasting change. Understanding yourself hasn’t fully eased the weight of anxiety, trauma, or the cycles you keep repeating.

In our work together, we’ll move beyond symptom management and explore how these challenges are shaped by your history, identity, and daily environment. Therapy becomes a space not just to reflect—but to create meaningful change.

In a trauma-informed, online setting, we’ll focus on helping you move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, intentional way of living. This is a collaborative process that respects your story while building forward momentum.

Using mindfulness and evidence-based approaches, we’ll work beneath the surface to turn insight into action, helping you shift patterns, build resilience, and strengthen your sense of self.

The goal is lasting change: feeling more present, more in control, and more aligned with who you are becoming.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is active, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that true healing happens when we bridge deep-seated insight and intentional action. Rather than chasing symptoms, we will look beneath the surface to understand how your history, identity, and the systems around you have shaped the patterns of anxiety, trauma, or stress you carry today. In our trauma-informed online space, I draw on ACT, CBT, and humanistic principles to help you move beyond the cycle of "knowing better" and into a way of living defined by purpose rather than old blueprints. Together, we will navigate the path to recovery, transforming your natural introspection into tangible resilience and the steady, sustainable strength needed to respond to life in ways that align with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your journey will begin with a comprehensive initial assessment that honors the complexity of your story. Rather than rushing to a surface-level diagnosis, we will take the time to map the "why" behind what brings you in and explore how your experiences, relationships, and systemic stressors connect over time. We will discuss your current concerns and relevant history at a pace that feels respectful, manageable, and trauma-informed.

This first session will not be about fixing everything at once; it will be about building the context for lasting change. You can expect an active conversation with practical questions and space to reflect, free of pressure or assumptions. Our goal will be to clarify your vision for recovery and determine how my integrated approach can best serve your needs. By the end of our time together, we will have a shared understanding of next steps and a clear roadmap for your healing and resilience.

You can expect a therapeutic relationship that is direct, respectful, and transparent. We will focus on removing the obstacles to your recovery so you can move toward a life of steadiness, resilience, and deep-seated intention.
