Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. My clinical approach focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive and goal-oriented environment.

I specialize in anxiety, stress management, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, life transitions, family dynamics, and skill development. I also have experience supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs using structured therapeutic and behavioral interventions.

My goal is to help clients develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, strengthen communication and interpersonal skills, and build long-term confidence in managing daily challenges. I value creating a professional, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the treatment process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and solution-focused. I work closely with clients to identify challenges, develop realistic goals, and build practical strategies that support emotional well-being and long-term personal growth. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing difficult experiences while also being encouraged to make meaningful progress.

I use evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s individual needs, drawing from cognitive behavioral techniques, behavioral interventions, emotional regulation strategies, and strengths-based approaches. My clinical work focuses on helping clients improve coping skills, manage stress and anxiety, strengthen communication and relationships, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.

As both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I also bring experience in understanding behavioral patterns, skill development, and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life to support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and structured environment during their first session. The initial appointment is focused on getting to know the client, understanding their concerns, discussing personal history, and identifying the goals they would like to work toward in therapy. I also take time to understand current challenges, emotional experiences, stressors, behavioral patterns, and any factors that may be impacting daily functioning or overall well-being.

During the first session, clients can expect open and collaborative conversation without judgment. Together, we begin identifying strengths, areas of concern, and realistic treatment goals tailored to the client’s individual needs. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported while creating a clear direction for future sessions and long-term progress.
