Joseline earned her undergraduate degree in General Psychology from Norfolk State University. Joseline earned her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Argosy University in 2007. Joseline is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is experienced working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Joseline has worked with individuals and families affected by substance abuse, mental health disorders, dual/ triple diagnoses (mental/substance/medical) as well as custody/ legal issues.

My approach to therapy

She uses both directive and non-directive play therapy techniques with young children, and adolescents as well as solution-focused brief therapies and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques while working with adolescents and adults. Joseline enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples to develop a healthy dynamic. Joseline specifically focuses on identifying root issues and developing skills to improve communication in a fractured relationship(s).
