Great to meet you!

I’m Joselyn Anglin, MEd, LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). I bring over a decade of experience working with teens, adults, couples, families, and veterans across Texas. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with honesty, care, and practical tools that lead to real change. My approach is deeply influenced by my own varied life experiences, and I strive to create a space that is culturally responsive, spiritually grounded, and emotionally safe. Clients often describe me as trustworthy, compassionate, and easy to talk to. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning after a break, I’ll meet you where you are—with respect, encouragement, and a steady presence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences shape your current challenges, and we’ll work to develop meaningful, manageable strategies for healing and growth. I believe therapy works best when it honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and when clients feel safe, heard, and actively involved in their own process.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions feeling more grounded, clear, and hopeful. You can expect to gain deeper insight into your emotions and behaviors, practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, and a personalized plan that aligns with your values and goals. My goal is for you to walk away with not just relief, but renewed confidence in your ability to move forward—one step at a time.
