Great to meet you!

With over fifteen years of experience as a social worker and therapist, I have supported individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, trauma, and major life transitions.

I specialize in helping adults who feel overwhelmed by the demands of work, relationships, parenting, and family responsibilities. Many of the clients I work with are navigating periods of change, feeling stuck in patterns that may no longer be serving them, or seeking a better understanding of themselves and their relationships.

I believe therapy is a place where you can gain insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. I bring a warm, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy, helping clients feel supported while developing the tools needed to navigate challenges with greater confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences all influence how we navigate the present.

I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Relational Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns, manage difficult emotions, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by stress, navigating changes in your life, or working through relationship challenges, I will work alongside you to identify what is getting in the way and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying what you hope to accomplish. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences and know that therapy is a collaborative process.

Together, we will begin exploring your strengths, patterns, and goals while identifying strategies that can help you manage challenges, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.
