Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of counseling experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I help people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, and significant life transitions. I earned my master’s degree in Counseling Services from Rider University, and my broader career has also included more than 25 years working in healthcare and behavioral health research and systems. That experience has deepened my understanding of the personal, family, cultural, and systemic factors that can affect our mental health and well-being.
I believe people do their best work in therapy when they feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can better understand what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
