Great to meet you!

I am accepting new clients!

For Military One Source Clients, Please contact me at

[email protected] as I will more than likely be in session and miss your call.

If anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or grief are keeping you from the life you want, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s happening and build clear, practical steps forward. I blend a person-centered approach with evidence-based CBT techniques to meet you where you are, honor your story, and help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, regulate emotion, and create meaningful change.

I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and autistic adults and teens.

Some of my areas of specialty include Trauma-Informed Therapy for First Responders, Veterans, Healthcare Workers, Aging Adults and Caregivers. Individuals struggling with Depression/Anxiety. I am a retired veteran with 26 years of service. I tailor treatment to fit your unique needs and strengths.

My approach is Person-Centered in addition to Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Rest assured that this is a safe and secure place for you to unpack burdens of confusion, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, insecurities, lack of motivation, and fear. We will get to the root of the problem one session at a time and utilize the best solution.
