Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience working with adults ages 18 and over who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported and understood.

My style is warm, conversational, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy works best as a partnership, and I meet you where you are while helping you develop practical tools, gain insight, and build confidence. Together, we’ll focus on reducing symptoms, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful changes that align with your values and goals.

One of my strengths is helping clients feel empowered and capable of taking control of their mental health and overall well-being. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or looking for personal growth, my goal is to support you in building resilience and living a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support, guide, and empower you as you work toward your goals. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

I use evidence-based techniques while remaining flexible and responsive to what works best for you. Together, we’ll build practical tools, increase self-awareness, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to get out of our time together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, and you’re welcome to go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges, and we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic. You can also ask me any questions you have about therapy or my approach. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more confident about the next steps in your journey.
