Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 33 years of experience helping people move toward lives that feel more balanced and meaningful. I support clients working through stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, and major life transitions. I also help people strengthen motivation, confidence, and self‐esteem. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative, strengths‐based process. I believe you bring your own wisdom and resilience, and together we uncover what helps you move through doubt, fear, and old patterns. My style is steady, supportive, and tailored to your needs. I focus on helping you feel more grounded, capable, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward the changes that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we talk about what brings you in and what you hope to change. I ask a few gentle questions to understand your concerns, your history, and what feels most important right now. Together, we set initial goals so you leave with a sense of direction and how therapy can support you. The pace is entirely up to you—whether you share a lot or ease in slowly, you’ll be met with respect, steadiness, and support.
