Great to meet you!

No human being is made alike and has the same experience. I approach my clients with a canvas of humanistic therapy, so everyone will feel heard, empowered, and whole; a brush of cognitive-behavior therapy, so no-frill, quick interventions will be administered; and a paint of psychodynamic approach, so root causes will be found and bring about lasting changes. If needed, I draw from many other theories to heal and empower my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The answer is inside of us. We can survive many challenging things. With therapy, surviving turns to thriving, and thriving turns to your intentional life. This isn't just "sitting on your couch and talking" about the past. Highly individualized treatment plans allow me to set an eclectic approach from CBT to neurocounseling, so you can experience lasting wellness quickly.

What you can expect from our first session

You will find the root causes of your issues and learn ways to quiet them and overcome them. My clients can transfer these results from therapy into all areas of life and positively affect those around them.
