Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with adults, teens, couples, and older adults. I provide a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I use various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), spirituality, family structure, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed care, Prepare/Enrich couple therapy, and psychoeducation. My focus is on treating issues such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anger, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship difficulties, and family conflicts. I am committed to helping clients develop the skills and strategies they need to overcome life's challenges.

I prioritize validating my clients' emotions to establish rapport, as I believe that without a strong therapeutic relationship, no intervention can be truly effective. Through this connection, I assist my clients in addressing their life challenges, exploring and identifying their coping mechanisms and schemas, processing their traumas, and developing skills to create positive change.

I'm passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and live more fulfilling lives. I believe that therapy can help individuals develop the skills necessary to overcome these challenges and lead more fulfilling lives. I hope my clients are prepared to process their past traumas and open up to new possibilities.
