I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold a Master's degree in Social Work. I have experience working in various residential and outpatient settings working with clients who suffered from trauma, PTSD, mental illness, and addiction. I enjoy working with people at all stages of their healing journey as they step into the sometimes messy process of getting to know themselves better.
I believe that people have everything they need to heal past wounds and face the problems they are experiencing in life, but that sometimes they need help accessing those inner resources. I believe it is my role to help you access those resources so you can do the inner healing. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and various addictions. I utilize CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy and I am also trained in and practice EMDR.
I can help you identify your goals for treatment, build skills to deal with your problems, effectively reprocess traumas, and develop new insights into your past and present.
