Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Level 3 IFSI-trained therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate their inner worlds with curiosity rather than judgment. By identifying and unburdening the different 'parts' of your personality, we work together to cultivate Self-energy. My goal is to help you move through life with a grounded sense of calm, confidence, and creative clarity.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we don’t just talk about your problems; we talk to the parts of you that are carrying them. Being Level 3 trained means I have the most specialized IFS experience to safely guide you through even your most complex internal systems.

What Our Journey Looks Like:

  • Creating a Brave Space: We begin by cultivating a non-judgmental environment. Here, there are "no bad parts." Every protector, critic, or anxious voice is welcomed with curiosity.
  • Getting to Know Your System: We identify the "parts" of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or conflicted. This helps you unblend from intense emotions so you can observe them without being consumed by them.
  • Accessing Your "Self": Beneath the noise of daily stress is your Self—a core essence of calm, clarity, and compassion. I act as a guide to help you access this "Self-energy" to lead your own internal healing.
  • Healing the Roots: We don't just manage symptoms. We work toward "unburdening"—releasing the old pains and beliefs that your parts have been carrying, often since childhood.

The Goal of Our Work

The ultimate aim isn’t to "fix" you, because you aren't broken. It is to move you toward Self-Leadership. When your internal system is in harmony, you naturally respond to life’s stressors with greater resilience, deeper connections with others, and a profound sense of inner peace.

What you can expect from me

As a Level 3 trained therapist, I ensure the first session provides a safe container for your parts to begin revealing themselves at their own pace.

We begin by establishing the foundational philosophy of our work. You’ll learn that even your most difficult symptoms—anxiety, addictive urges, or a harsh inner critic—are actually Protector Parts that took on extreme roles to help you survive. We don't aim to eliminate them; we aim to understand them.
