Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe therapy works best as a true collaboration — you are the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you make sense of it. I take time to understand the full context of your environment and experiences before we map out a path forward. Mindfulness is a thread throughout my work, not as a buzzword, but as a practical tool for building self-awareness and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, with mindfulness woven throughout. I tend to keep sessions practical and goal-oriented. We'll look at what's getting in the way, identify what's already working, and build from there. I also take an individualized perspective, meaning I adapt my approach to fit your specific needs, strengths, and circumstances rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I'll ask about what brought you in, what your day-to-day looks like, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I want to understand your world, your environment, your patterns, and your goals so we can start building a plan that actually fits your life.
