Great to meet you!

I am an experienced licensed therapist passionate about helping adults improve their mental fitness. Through a person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed therapeutic approach, trust is created to help individuals establish and attain their treatment goals. My specialties include mental health, substance use, co-occurring disorders, trauma and couples counseling.

After some very difficult life situations I started working with a therapist and building a support network. I enjoyed my experience and I went back to school to become a therapist. My first degree was as a teacher/coach so I have always loved helping others.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help each person achieve their treatment goals by empowering them with the appropriate skills and support needed to achieve those treatment goals. I want each person, I work with, to know they have the ability to change their life for the better.

I am trained in EMDR, Brain-spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Gottman Couples Counseling, and few other interventions. I enjoy knowing multiple evidence based treatment intervention skills because it helps clients achieve their goals better.

What you can expect from me

I want people to believe in themselves and find the right people and places to thrive in life. Learning and implementing new ways to live life to the fullest is my goal for everyone.
