I have a master’s degree in psychology from WTAMU and I have been working in integrated healthcare for many years helping to address physical and behavioral health needs in a comprehensive manor. I have worked with a wide range of patients and situations.
I mainly offer directive therapy though Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focussed methods. I do have advanced training in Trauma therapy using EMDR and I am certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist.
I like to have clear expectations with patients about what they would like to get out of therapy. I believe that real progress happens outside of the session and when we apply the new perspectives and tools to everyday life.
