Great to meet you!

You should know that I approach therapy with clarity and steady direction. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns and are ready to move forward intentionally. Our work will be focused and purposeful. I will guide the process, ask thoughtful questions, and help you take practical steps toward change. Growth requires participation, and I will support you while holding you accountable.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctoral background in counseling and extensive experience working with individuals and couples. I specialize in anxiety, relationship conflict, communication challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance &Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based work, solution-focused strategies, and practical communication tools. I often work with high-functioning professionals, couples navigating recurring tension, and individuals seeking clarity and direction. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and grounded in practical application.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will clarify what is bringing you to therapy and identify the patterns contributing to it. You can expect thoughtful exploration, clear feedback, and the beginning of a structured plan. My goal is to ensure you leave with greater clarity and a sense of direction for the work ahead.
