My work has taken me through psychiatric hospital, community-based, and private office settings, where I have worked with people facing a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My work is grounded in the classical traditions of psychotherapy, especially Adlerian Individual Psychology, and informed by contemporary clinical research. I draw thoughtfully from multiple counseling approaches rather than assuming one method fits everyone.
