Great to meet you!

Are you trying to manage your stress in the ever-growing tumultuous environment? Are you working from home having a hard time juggling with family life? Perhaps you have a challenge with practicing effective communication? Or maybe just talking about your issues can be difficult, and that's ok. Do you want to learn more about yourself, how to cope in a healthy way, and have better communication? I can help.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I respect the unique experience of each individual. I see the particular difficulties that each faces. I listen and interact with empathy and provide insight and support. No two treatments are the same.

Using techniques from Solution-Focused Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer support and teach skills to help you change negative thought patterns, increase your coping strategies, and feel more empowered.

What you can expect from me

I believe it is important to feel heard, validated, and understood. We need to feel purposeful and that we matter. We can't change difficult situations of the past, but we can work together to better understand them and to resolve current challenges in your life. I offer a safe place for you to discuss your feelings and emotions without judgment.
