Great to meet you!
My approach is simple: therapy should be useful.
My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you understand yourself well enough to decide how you want to live it and give you the tools to get there.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a practical, compassionate focus on meaningful change and building a life that reflects your values.
With more than 25 years of experience, I bring a broad perspective to the challenges people face. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) and with expertise in Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counseling (LICDC), I understand that people are far more than the problems they bring into therapy.
I also speak Arabic fluently and welcome Arabic-speaking clients who prefer to receive therapy in their native language.
