Great to meet you!

I've been a licensed therapist in Tennessee since 2009, and I've worked in a number of different settings with a wide variety of clients. My philosophy is a basic one. The term "therapy" means to heal. To do that when we feel vulnerable, we need the support of a counselor who knows how to listen. The most significant expert you will ever meet is yourself. I help my clients gain a deeper and more insightful understanding of what that is and what it really means. It's a collaborative process where we put the puzzle pieces together, empowering you to make real and lasting changes. I've helped thousands of people do that very thing.

My approach to therapy

The first thing I like to do is carefully listen. We will collaborate together to see what the next steps will be.

What you can expect from me

You are the greatest expert on you. A good therapist should help you harness that knowledge to gain insight on how you can begin to feel better. The word "therapy" means to heal, and healing is an amazing process.
