Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, parents, and couples navigating anxiety, stress, academic pressures, relationship concerns, and life challenges. I adopt a thoughtful and collaborative approach to understanding each client’s unique experiences and goals. My goal is to help clients feel understood, develop greater self-awareness, and build the skills and resilience they need to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and evidence-based approaches to help clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we work to better understand what is happening, identify what may be getting in the way, and develop practical ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what’s been difficult for you. I’ll ask about your concerns, relevant history, and what you’d like help with, while also leaving space for questions or reflections you may have. We’ll discuss goals and how we might work together moving forward.
