Great to meet you!

Thank you for considering me as a partner in your journey toward healing and growth. Over more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside adults and adolescents facing some of life’s toughest challenges, from trauma and anxiety to depression, addiction, and everything tangled up in between. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to carry it alone, and there’s real hope for things to feel lighter.

My approach to therapy

I especially enjoy supporting people navigating substance use and co-occurring struggles, meeting you with understanding rather than judgment. My style is collaborative and clear, with enough structure and consistency to feel steady, and plenty of room to explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and tailor our work to fit your life, not the other way around.

What you can expect from me

Outside of the therapy room, I love getting outdoors, working on cars, and spending time with my family, and I bring that same down to earth, real world spirit into our sessions. My hope is that therapy feels less clinical and more human. Clients describe me as steady, genuine, and easy to talk to. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
