Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults (18+) seeking support with life’s challenges, emotional health, and personal growth. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you’re going through while also feeling supported and challenged to move toward meaningful change.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Salem State University and previously completed my undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology. My background in both psychology and social work allows me to look at the full picture of a person’s experience, how thoughts, emotions, relationships, and environment all interact to shape well-being. I have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, stress, relationship challenges, occupational concerns, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and evidence-based. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s flexible and collaborative, so we’ll work together to find strategies that actually fit your life and goals.

My goal as a therapist is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical coping tools, and build a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you, or simply looking for support during a difficult time, therapy can be a place to gain clarity, perspective, and momentum toward change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for my style so you can decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
