I have worked with children, adults, and couples, as well as individuals navigating crises and transitions from hospital settings. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual's needs.

I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). EMDR certified
