Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are men who feel stuck carrying everything on their own. Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, a major life transition, relationship struggles, or questions about identity and purpose, therapy can provide a place to process what's weighing on you and build a path forward. Whether you're coping with loss, struggling to find purpose, navigating identity questions, facing the realities of aging or illness, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a supportive space to process what you're carrying and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment while receiving practical support that helps you move forward. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based approaches, and solution focused therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier coping strategies. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, grief, men's issues, identity concerns, chronic health challenges, burnout, stress management, trauma, LGBTQ+ affirming care, end of life concerns, and emotional wellbeing. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen self awareness, improve resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful progress toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. During our first session, we'll focus on understanding what has brought you to therapy, exploring your goals, and creating a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful. As we work together, you can develop greater emotional awareness, stronger coping strategies, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity concerns, burnout, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and hope.
