Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in treating anxiety, mood disorders, sexual orientation and gender identity development, multicultural issues, substance abuse issues, grief and loss, and men's issues. I enjoy taking a holistic and integrative approach to treatment, incorporating different treatment techniques and modalities, and working collaboratively with individuals to develop the most positive outcomes.

My approach to therapy

Many of us have experienced past difficulties in our lives that have shaped us into who we are today. Often times these experiences leave traumatic scars that can result in negative beliefs about yourself or others. I am passionate about helping people understand themselves and the world around them in a more constructive manner than might be currently available to them.

What you can expect from me

Whether you want to achieve greater self-awareness, build stronger relationships, heal past wounds, or just feel better, I can help you transform traumatic experiences and negative self-beliefs into a new and better way of being with others, and yourself.
