Great to meet you!

Life is often messy, overwhelming, and confusing! We can find ourselves unsure of who we are or what we really want. This can leave us feeling unfulfilled, worried, sad, or disengaged. Perhaps you are floating through each day doing everything you're 'supposed' to do but still feeling down. Maybe you are going through a challenge like grief, trauma, or a life transition that results in anxiety. You deserve to heal, fully engage life, and feel optimistic about the future.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As we work together in your counseling journey, we will explore who you are, what you want in life, and how you can achieve your goals. I believe this process should be tailored to your vision of success. You have unique experiences and identities that color your life. You can identify your version of universal needs for meaning, purpose, connection, and freedom to be your authentic self. As we work to understand your experiences and desires you can find fulfillment and hope.

What you can expect from our first session

Reaching out for help is scary! I will work to create a warm and supportive relationship with you to overcome these fears. I believe trust is essential to your journey of discovery and healing. You are worthy of support and I look forward to walking with you as we develop a plan to help you achieve your goals and find your joy.
