Great to meet you!

I received my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from TAMUCC in 2017, since then I have worked with many extraordinary people. I have experience with addiction, behavioral modification, resolving issues with anxiety and depression, and anger management. The majority of my professional career has been working with high-risk clients with co-occurring substance abuse issues and often severe mental illness. I bring a practical, direct approach to clients' issues while maintaining a positive regard for everyone I've worked with in their life difficulties.

My treatment methods have ranged from group, individual, and couples' counseling with tools ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. I like to provide care for the whole person and prefer every client leave my office feeling relief, accomplishment, and hope for their life and future.

I am a single father of a 20-year-old son and moved here with my family when I was only 13 years old, so I consider myself a Texan through and through. I enjoy weight lifting, films, books, cooking, carpentry, and my greatest love is good conversation.

I am available on weekdays and weekends. My office is at 5866 S. Staples, Ste 320, Corpus Christ, TX 78413

My approach to therapy

I have a direct, conversation-based approach that focuses on finding appropriate solutions. I prefer to focus on the thoughts that drive our actions and finding new approaches that better suit my clients and help guide them towards their particular goals.

What you can expect from me

You will find new, more realistic expectations and evidence-based tools to help carry you forward. Ideally, if we put in the appropriate work, i'd love to get all of my clients to a place where they may never need someone like me ever again.
