Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for over thirty years. My approach is based in philosophy, psychology, self-inquiry, in ‘ontology’ (what has to do with being a self), in religious and spiritual traditions, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness Based, and Problem Solving, Therapy.

My approach to therapy

Life problems, which obscure our innate clarity and wellbeing, have to be brought into the open and clarified. Applying ourselves to this process purifies the mind and leads to a dropping away of the attitudes, beliefs, and habits that are causing us trouble.

What you can expect from me

Ancient and modern self-inquiry teachings connect our struggles with our not knowing ourselves. They provide simple ways to see directly the limits in our current ways of being. Clarity and wellbeing is our deeper nature and is known when we no longer identify with, and believe, the surface mind. It is a process that reveals what has always been present.
