Great to meet you!

If you've spent your life providing, surviving, and holding things together for everyone else, therapy can feel like one more thing to manage. I work with men and working people who are tired of feeling anxious, isolated, or stuck, and who want to feel like themselves again. As a bilingual therapist raised in San Antonio, I understand the pressures of low wages, generational trauma, and the expectation to keep pushing no matter what. Whether you're navigating relationships, identity, or stress that never fully turns off, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My work is shaped by indigenous knowledge and the traditions I learned from communities in Central America, where I saw that healing happens in connection with others, not in isolation. Sessions with me are practical, grounded and can be held in Spanish or English. We look at the relationships, routines, and daily choices that shape how you feel, and build a life that actually nurtures you. I draw on talk therapy, but I believe real change also comes from how you live and reconnecting with what matters to you.

What you can expect from me

I always start by asking, "Where would you like to start?" There's no script you have to follow. Some people arrive ready to pour everything out; others prefer to move slowly and build trust first. Both are completely fine. Our first session is just about getting to know each other and finding the pace that feels right for you.
