Great to meet you!

I am a dually certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced doctoral-level training and over 15 years of healthcare experience. My background spans diverse settings, including psychiatry, urgent care, geriatric care, and primary care, giving me a holistic perspective on wellness. Through Empathy Health LLC, my telehealth practice. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, mood instability, trauma-related symptoms, sleep problems, and medication concerns. My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I focus on helping patients understand their symptoms, feel heard, and find a medication plan that fits their daily life.”

My approach integrates evidence-based medicine with an understanding of each person’s unique story and goals for long-term wellness.

My approach to therapy

I have over two decades of healthcare experience. My journey began as a Registered Nurse at Purdue University, followed by advanced training with an FNP from Monmouth University, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Troy University, and a PMHNP from Northern Kentucky University.

Through Empathy Health LLC, my telehealth practice, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, dementia, and ADHD. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel safe, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing. My approach combines medical expertise with a holistic understanding of each person’s unique story. I work alongside my patients with empathy, guidance, and give them the right tools for long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

My Clients can leave each session with a clearer understanding of their challenges and practical steps to address them. They will gain evidence-based tools and coping strategies tailored to their needs, whether managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, or dementia. Sessions foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Over time, clients can expect to build resilience, improve their emotional well-being, and enhance their daily functioning. Most importantly, they will take away a renewed sense of hope and empowerment to move forward in their healing journey.
