Great to meet you!

Hi! My background is in substance use treatment along with general mental health treatment. I have been active in the field for over 10 years through internships, school, and in being a primary therapist. My goal as a therapist is to help those who feel despair to feel hopeful and confident that they can address situations, relationships, and emotions that they thought they would never be able to face.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate a lot of mindfulness in my work with my clients. I think that sometimes, being trapped in our head is the worst place to be. Having the ability to be in the moment may not solve our problem, but it can help us to get through to be able to recoup in a more peaceful, relaxed state of being.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel confident that even under times of distress, they have the ability and strength to handle the situation. I want my clients to feel supported, heard, and empowered.
