Hello there and welcome! With over 20 years of working as a Licensed Psychotherapist I have always worked to help people restore levels of Balance and Authenticity tuned to their specific goals and needs. I received my Masters at the University of Central Florida (UCF) while taking on role of Graduate Teaching Assistant.
I really take a holistic and depth psychology approach to most all issues at first. While being trained and skilled in many modalities, approaches, and techniques I prefer to see each person I work with as having potential to be balanced and capable of learning to understand themselves better from the Inside-Out. I utilize approaches such as Jungian Depth Psychology, Mindfulness, Cognitive methods and more to help clients ultimately begin to heal and learn ways to maintain this balanced state.
I work from an easy going accepting environment that promotes openness, curiosity, and ultimately positive change. To me, therapy should mostly be enjoyable AND powerfully transcending.
