Great to meet you!

I have focused my career on providing the best possible care and work with each client to develop a unique plan for how to effectively impact and improve their daily lives and feel more confident with who they are.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with many clients to navigate the twists and turns of individual identity discovery and development and have provided a supportive environment that allows clients the freedom to explore many difficult topics without fear of being judged or criticized. For many individuals, therapy provides an opportunity to explore their beliefs and feelings about various situations to develop realistic expectations and significantly increase the likelihood that they will achieve personal goals.

What you can expect from me

If you are looking for a comfortable, accepting, and affirming environment to foster exploration of some of the barriers preventing you from realizing your full potential and you want to be free of destructive self-talk and self-sabotaging behaviors, then I can help you develop a more positive outlook and a plan to build self-confidence and self-acceptance
